Quieter Times: Weekday mornings are usually your best bet for a more relaxed visit, especially if you want extra space around the playground and picnic areas.

Busier Times: After school, weekends and pleasant-weather afternoons tend to bring more families, sports activities and park visitors.

I visited Founders Park in Superior, Colorado, and explored it firsthand. I dig the park’s shade and views, but was disappointed by only 1 dog waste station, which wasn’t convenient to the main park area. If it were not for that I would have given the park 5 solid paws!
